Prototyping the Robot

This past Saturday the TEMPEST team started to work on the mock-up of how the real robot will look like. The Electrical and Programming teams worked on building the shooter while the Build team worked on the intake.

The shooter team installed two sets of wheels. One set of wheels on the bottom worked to scoop the ball into a piece of lexan, and another set of wheels on top will shoot the ball out.

The Build team cut metal for the framing of the robot. The framing is important for keeping the robot together, without it all the parts would just sit inside and probably fall out.
